Can't really tell sorry. Although I am more certain they are genuine.
Has a few bads feedback ratings due to payment issues / wrong sizes etc - so this may sway you away!
What I would say is that there is ALOT of work gone into those jeans, probably far too much for them to be fake! Such as the tags (tamper proof - never seen a fake with tamper proof tags normal just the standard 'I' tag), spare button (fakes with spare buttons -never seen that!)........
The only think I feel maybe 'iffy' is the hologram. On stuff I have brought it is a square hologram. On the jeans is is '&' - which maybe a new style hologram!
