Can't see why they would need extra confirmation - £104 isn't particularly much - considering they sell things for a few hundred £s.

The only thing I can think of is that you're based in Canada. Is the delivery address that you typed in on Evisu.com the same as the address that your credit card statments go to? If it's not - this can be a problem!! That's why most online stores are for the delivery address to be the same as the billing address. It helps cut down on the risk of fraud. Someone who has used a stolen credit card won't want it delivered to the billing address!!

When Evisu reply, post up on here what they say. Would help people in future if they are gonna order.
