and i think its kind of a fashion hype to wear it not like a business man but instead very relaxing and loose with a long sleeve shirt over a used vintage style jeans. On yoox.com you can find sometimes longsleeve shirts with small integrated tie's in the same colour and dekor as the shirt.
the things you guys meant above are called "scarf" and those are actually also a fashion hit in germany, since our national coach of the german football team "J.Löw" weard them during the matches
