I have a bunch of RMC, mostly sz40, one 42 and one 44. I do not fit them anymore as I have lost a bunch of weight. I know its my first post here but I have 190 feedback on ebay. If you are interested let me know.
The sz40 are huge I think you should be able to fit them.
