As they are a japenese company they should excercise a traditional japenese concept of Kaizen (constant improvement). Ax they could improve their customer service a lot. I also had a bad experience with evisu regarding a purchase on their website. The items never came, i emailed them many times but no response, so just can't be bothered now.
