Puma is proud to once again release the Rudolf Dassler collection named after the founder of Puma himself,
the new collection combines modern aesthetics with the vintage silhouettes. There will be a series of
vintage sneakers in this Rudolf Dassler Schuhfabrik collection. Here we have a look at the Kletterer and
the Kletterer Mid models. Both features a premium, smooth and velour leather as well as the golden Rudolf

The relationship between athletic lifestyle brand and Japanese denim brand have extended in the upcoming
season with this latest update to the Puma x Evisu: “True Love Never Dies” Collection. This line of
black denim is sheen treated resulting in a nice glossy look. An iconic black on black formstripe is seen
on the back pocket. The womens models include an exposed heart on the front pocket while the mens version
features a dagger hidden away under a watch pocket flap. The symbolism denotes that often women are
willing to expose their true emotions and let them be publicly known, while men are less open to
displaying their true emotions and only display them at certain times.

ALIFE presents the First Round, a classic high top from Puma’s archive, executed in premium nubuck with a tonal gloss print. Produced in White and in Black, both colors feature a custom woven label on the tongue, four different fluorescent patent leather stripes, custom footbeds and 10 pairs of laces - 5 thin and 5 thick. A T-Shirt was also produced in White and in Black that will be available exclusively at the ALIFE LA and NYC stores and rivingtonclub.com. Don’t sleep on these!

Yo! MTV Raps x Puma: Doug E. Fresh

Doug E. Fresh a.k.a. The Worlds Greatest Entertainer was considered one of the earliest beat-boxers and has been rocking crowds since the age of 13. His Yo! MTV Raps sneaker is based off of his hit track “All the Way to Heaven”. The song title can be seen on the sockliner alongside a gray and blue cloud upper. The left tongue says Doug while the right says Fresh. A t-shirt and a hoodie has also been created with the same motif.

The inspiration for this latest Puma Argentina is from the popular late 70’s British cartoon series, Jamie and the Magic Torch. The cartoon font is characterized by a bright rainbow fill. The sneakers are available in three dominant colors, yellow/green, green/orange and pink/yellow. The Japanese retail is set at 10,290 Yen (approximately $89 USD) and will release on August 18th.

With collaborations with Alife and No Mas (plus more to come), the Puma First Rounds are making alot of noise in the conversations between sneakerheads. For a couple years, Puma got the attention of many with the Clyde, but though they are still doing great things with that silhouette, they will be doing alot of great make ups of the First Rounds.
These First Rounds feature a soft suede upper with “1st Round” stamped similar to the way that Alife worked their collab edition. Expect to see these this winter.
