eBay just lost a lawsuit case for Louis Vuiton in France, and Tiffany will follow pretty soon in the USA, trust me they taking this really seriously...But the amount of people selling is insane. If they had to monitor ever sale prior of getting posted it will be hell. The get monitored after the sale is complete. A chargeback is easy as 1 2 3, have to be done trough the phone with your CARD ISSUER....Your bank will fight for you against paypal. Always pay with credit card in PAYPAL. I can always help you if you have any issue with paypal. We have a dedicated agent for us, and he is a big help all the time.

chargebacks are very difficult and time consumming - that's a fact!

ebay has an insane amount of people selling facts wth that i agree!
