I have 9 Year of experience selling in eBay. I own one of the biggest reseller ring down there. My business ethic is solid as a rock. There is thing that are bad and thing that are not. And I strongly beleive selling fake is a rip off, same as stealing. eBay is a great place to buy and to sale. Using paypal and paying with your credit card give you 100% protection, there is thing to be done to stop people selling fake. It's not by running away from eBay that the problem will be fixed. I lost my self money buying 11 pair of RED MONKEY from eBay. I was mad...got my money back...and after thinking about what happen to me, I decide to make that case my personal story. Since RED MONKEY brand is something that I call DRESS TO IMPRESS. I decided to fly to Hong Kong (---I am there as we speak. I went to several different store, shocked to see fake there...in hongkong....went to CHINA MAINLAND it's even worse. But I still find HONNEST PEOPLE, selling clothes and authentic for a HONNEST PRICE. I hope RED MONKEY is willing to stand up behind us, because I have a solid business model to promote RED MONKEY in a few country were sale are must likely done online.

Sincerely Yours Moe

Did you know, u eBay and Paypal take conterfeifth really seriously? There is a million way to be protected when buying brand name from eBay. Even your credit card will protect you, by letting u do a charge back.

Thanks Moe

moe have you tried doing a chargeback it's almost impossible. i don't believe ebay are taking counterfieting seriously. i believe they should have people employed to monitor all products being sold significantly lower than rrp because this is a good indicator of fraud and counterfeits.
