I would say it's next to impossible to tell from the photos. Two questions:

1) What is the source
2) What is the price

The answer to these two questions will usually provide the answer to whether a garment is authentic or fake.

Yeah I agree, usually other factors will determine if an Item is genuine even without even seeing the product in some cases! Selling price is always a good indicator, that said Ive seen fakes on E Bay that are as expensive as the real thing, almost a sort of reverse Psychology attempt to make you think they must be real. And of course where they come from, items off the back of a truck sold on a pub carpark are probably going to be dodgy.
