dont think a big event like the olympic games will ever just be canceled. But they should think of alternatives i think

There is no way the USA would allow the Beijing games to be cancelled. If they did the Chinese would dump all their US$ on the market and collapse the US economy. Although the Tibet situation deserves scruting and worldwide attention cancelling the Olympics is not the answer.

like most people the only thing i look forward to in the olympics is the 100 metres sprint. the rest is mostly mind-numbingly boring to watch. i guess the participants like it but for the rest of us it's a big yawn. and no they will not and should not try to cancel it because of tibet.

strongly disagree!!!! I love watching the olympic games !
don't think most people are only looking forwards to the 100 sprint.
but I am!!! amongst a lot of events. did you see the french guy-Bernard- broke the WR: 47.50 long course!!!! going to be an amazing final!
and hey dont forget:then there is the running as well
