Default happy copenhagen!
been reading that a scientific study found copenhagen to be the appiest city in the world, which is great. now for the bad news, the main reason for copenhagen's happiness is apparently its lack of pluralism and racial mix. part of the report's conclusion said that societies where people are of the same socio-religious, ethnic and financial backgrounds live in more harmoney and happiness than where there's a social, financial and ethnic mix. what does that say for our future where the world is getting smaller and cities are becoming more and more plural. are we all doomed to live to unhappiness!

i would not say amsterdam is a happy city. i would say it is a relaxed city.

my experience is that Danes are very anti foreigners with a right wing government
doing everything in their power to stop integration.
apparently it is common for mixed couples working in the CPH area to move across the border to south of sweden.....
so much for happiness...
