they are both aspiring on the same land....

they could draw back the lines to pre 67. so basically, the isrealis have the west and the palestines the east and jerusalem sites in the middle and is governed and protected by an international group. i agree this has to be the only viable answer to this unanswerable question.

i suggest they either hold the soccer world cup in jerusalem and make the jews and palestines play as one team to get them to unite! or they paint the whole of jerusalem in bright orange and i mean the whhole, all the buildings, cats and everything.

I don't think giving both states land and neither jerusalem will solve anything. The issue isn't so much neither not wanting the other to have jerusalem, they both want it themselves. A neutral international governance will please neither rather than both in my opinion.

And what right does say the UN have to take control of Jerusalem now? And the legal considerations of having a city with that much tourist interest owned by an international body are astronomical.
