candle - I don't think biology as such explains much of anything. I can see ya point about liking women brave enough to admit that they like men with big bank accounts and bigger neverminds.

I do partly agree with CandleGuy, because what he is trying to say i think is that we as a species look for the best mate to reproduce with. So females have to be young and voluptious and men strong and virile and a good provider. These traits are interpreted as Beauty in modern society. We are in essence pre programmed to seek out the most attractive people.
