I wouldn't change anything.
Once you start, then you're accepting that you are insecure in yourself. A person with slight physical differences from 'perfect' who acknowledges and accepts their differences with confidence will always be more attractive than someone who is insecure enough to change what is in their minds a distorted view of themselves.
As an example, my nose is slightly off to one side as a result of being punched because my friend started a fight with 6 British infantrymen on leave at a club when he was drunk. I jumped in to stop him getting his head kicked in (partially successfully). Immediately after I thought about having it put straight, but I decided against it because every time I notice it it reminds me of the life lesson I learned because of it.
In regards to having cosmetic surgery for body issues that could be resolved by exercise, there is no excuse other than laziness, which is never an attractive quality.
