Default Houston or Austin
Anybody here visited or live in either Houston or Austin?

Thinking about moving there from the UK but want to hear some opinions before I shell out for a visit.

Austin is a progressive city. Although it's in the desert there's a lot of culture and forward-thinking people there.

I've been through Houston. Looked OK but I didn't stay long enough to make a constructive comment.

i have been to dallas. coming from little britain everything seems enormous. even the journeys between places seem to take forever.
