Normally 8 to 10 hours. Less than 7 hours and I'll be looking like a zombie, haha. Last night I only got 4 hours of sleep, but catching up tonight. That is, Good night, hahaa.

Good question. I wonder if anyone has done research on this. One thing that definitely affects this, is the amount of sunlight you have in a day. I mean Nordic countries are notorious for not having any sun at all during winter time. I mean during winter we basically got any light between 9am and 3pm. People feel very tired all the time and probably sleep more as well.
Of course when you get more North then there is even less sunlight during winter, but then again during summer we have no night at all.

I tend to sleep longer when it's dark, mainly because i'm more like "urrrgh, too dark outside to do anything...." and go back to sleep in the morning When it's light the whole day and i could as well go outside and read a book in the middle of the night though it's hard just to do the same (and also it's often way too warm to even think so yeah)
