that means that the likes of d&g and armani does not pay for their factory orders!?
Surely this outstanding balances should be picked up by the vendor, no!?
how come this super big brands put designs into production and then just let it sit there for the factory to deal with without paying?
do i misunderstand or is this a way for the big brands pretending they've got nothing to do with the undesired stock?
or are the factories actually owned by eg; d&g or dsquared?

am not having a go here at you, do not think you are selling fakes, what it sounds.
understand the need for outlets and etc...
brands will sell unwanted stock to select outlets. factories are never allow to sell a brand's stock and if they were discovered doing so then they would lose the brand's business and probably get sued.

yep, no factory is officially allowed to sell a brand's stock. that said, some purposely over-produce and ship the access out the backdoor, which means NO invoices.

i thought the main way to get parallel import goods was to arrange for an official retailer in the host and therefore lower priced country to over order and then buy the access from them?

you don't get invoices and tags with parallel imports. they cut the tags off that's why it's difficult to know if they are real parallels or just fakes.

I'm inclined to suggest that if you do get invoices for your factory direct stock then its a fair bet it isnt the proper factory that produced the original gear anyway, thus it would be fake wouldnt it?

yeah, they would be fakes without question. certainly not blurred by unofficial stock status.
