WOULD NOT TRUST IT!!!!

No address, tel number etc (I thought this was a 'legal' requirement when selling online :? ). They could close at any moment & you would have no way of contacting them.

Photos are sh*t. If they can't be bothered to take good photos - what sort of 'company' are they?
On tables, beds/sheets & brickwalls as back drops etc. Doesn't really set the right image for the brands their selling.

£1000 gurantee that their items are authentic / genuine. Anyone ever heard of that??

"Some of our 'Stone Island' stock is parallel-imported from Europe, and in many cases the garment code numbers may be removed. If this is a problem to you please contact me for piece clarification as most pieces are not."

PayPal is used to process transactions. Normally PayPal is used in ADDITION to a card processing company. PayPal is a 'free service' which anyone can use!

Also use western union which is widely reported as a NO NO!!!!! Due to so many fraud stories.

It's shops like this which can ruin a brand!! What sort of image is that store giving? It certainly does not go hand in hand with the images that designer clothing creates. Pound shops have better image than that!!!
Is it any wonder that their selling PI's? Could you really imagine Paul & Shark or Prada supplying them?

I was all for PI's but am starting to think they are a bad thing, what with this and that guy selling stuff on ebay!!!

Basically AVOID colm.

the shop does sell 100% genuine stock,i agree that the pictures dont do his website or the brand any favours but its up to you if you want to save some money.as you can now see in the sales how much of a big mark up the authorised shops are making.if you like somthing email him and talk to him bout the product and returns policy etc.

the shop is 100% authentic

try to answer some questions that you asked

alot of online store use paypal as you only get charged % of what the final price is and you can take credit cards.if you used worldplay etc you get charged a joining fee monthly fee and the % final cost fee.thats why paypal is good and 100% secure.
as for pimports there is nothing wrong with them at all ,like myself who gos to italy 4 times a year and by stock over there myself.hell i even by out of a shop who give me 50% off all they do is cut a few numbers out of the label.pi are not fakes.fakes are fakes.
do you own a online store cd its hard to take good photos i been up and running for about a year have alot of happy customers remember big online store can buy expensive cameras etc or even have them done by pros we cant but you learn things and get better.
we offer good prices cheaper then shops because we dont have much over heads,pi are no differant what you buy in the shop so i dont know what you are *****ing about ,what would you rather pay £130 for paul shark or £199 in the shops.
there is so much talk about pi because the brand company cant control the prices and thats why they dont like it .
thats my 10 cents worth dont me to upset anyone

I agree (have done ALL the time) PI's are PI's and fakes are fakes.

Recently I have seen a couple of things which are putting me right off them - these are things which can all be done easily & should be as standard :
Putting a phone number on the site - ANY business should have a land line number at least.
Address - this should be listed also, be it a shop address, office address etc even a PO Box at a push! This would give added 'security' to the customer.

If these businesses don't have enough to pay to process the transactions (ie. using WorldPay or similar) I wonder how long they can survive? Surely if a reasonable number of transactions are taking place, it would be more cost effective to use WorldPay?

Re photos, you DO NOT need fancy, expensive, cameras & equipment! Use a model (real or stiff) with arms! Don't let the arms just 'flop' down. Lay the items flat on the ground if need be! A brickwall as a back drop? Not the best, is it? Hang a bed sheet if need be - neutral or plain colours - white, grey or black. Most digital cameras come with some sort of editing software (or are usually given away free in magazines) - a couple of tweaks & you're sorted. I agree you learn as you go - but somethings everyone knows looks WRONG, ie. the brickwall backdrop!

Remember that shop is a fellow PI seller - like yourself. Are you happy that he's 'pulling' you down and tarnishing you? Surely all PI's should be raising the standards bar then lowering it?

I doubt they are even a 'shop' more like some guy in his house.

We are ALL paying a premium for an image and brand name (be it from an authorised retailer or from a PI seller). All the brands we buy have an image for good quality & (or) good designs. This 'image' the brand creates is present in it's stores/stockists stores (decor, music, layout etc) the packaging (bags, tags etc) and everything else linked to it. I don't think there is ONE (ok two!) PI sellers who is able to continue this 'image'. I can't understand why people who a brand want to destroy it.

But good debate - again about PI's!!! How many times has this been debated about?

That's only my opinion anyway, we each have one and should be able to put them forward even if we don't agree with each other.
