Yeh but no!
It's like any brand. You have the brand who manufacture the products and then a distributor who sells it to stores. So for example Stone Island is distributed by Four Marketing in the UK. The license agreement is that Stone Island will supply Four Marketing with Stone Island clothing for distribution. Four Marketing then has to sell this to stores in the UK. That's pretty much how all brands work (unless they have their own distribution department - I think someone said D&G had brought the license back off a company).
So with RMC that's how it 'should be'. That's how it is in Europe & the Far East. Martin Ksohoh supplies RMC to his distributors, who have brought a license/agreement from him for the privilege. However the US distributor has started to manufacture clothing under the RMC brand. They are NOT allowed to do this! They are ONLY allowed to distribute RMC to stores in the US. As they haven't brought the license to manufacture RMC they are making FAKES!! Pure & simple FAKES!! It's no different than the fakesters in China making RMC!!
The cost of a distribution license I guess is ALOT less than a license to actually use a brand name to manufacture products!!
