Need Ideas on naming a store I'm opening...
I am in the process of opening an online clothing store and have come up with a few names, but would love to hear other peoples ideas. I will be selling brands like Juicy Couture, Seven, Gucci, Rock & Republic, J. Jill, Banana Republic, Tumi...etc...mostly juniors, and some missy apparel to begin with (possibley purses and jewlery to) . So I need something that says High Fashion, but in a really cool way. Send any ideas and if I pick one you came up with I will give you a 20% discount on an item of your choice as soon as its up and running.

try to get something personal. take some family names and mix them up then you will feel good about the name and if wont just be some marketing speel.

Thanks for the ideas, how does Chick Couture (my last name is Chick)
or Avid Diva (Diva spelled backwards) maybe mirrored in some way to show the reversal. I like the idea of spelling words backwards...

problem with CHICK is its used by Nicky Hilton (Paris Hiltons sister) for her apparel brand. the brands called CHICK by Nicky Hilton. you could try to ride off her though by using Chick Couture but be careful of infringing her trademark cos shes got some green and could clear you out. also is your store just for girls? cos no guy is gonna buy from a store called Chick Couture. what if you play around with CHICK :wink: KICCH KHICC CHIKC CCHIK

I know, regarding guys buying at a place called Chick, thats why I was concentrating on Junior girls and women, for now...I also thought about the Nikki Hilton deal to, but I figured Chick Couture was different than just Chick, but also Couture is part of Juicy Couture so thats really close to that to...sooo prob. not the best idea.....I like the looks of CCHIK though, thats pretty cool. I will have to fool around with that one. I thought if I decided to add guys things to the store later that I would actually start a "just for guys" and call it PopinJay's (found that one in the thesaurus means ladies man, thought it was kind of cool)
Thoughts??

PopinJay's sounds like a backstreet dinner. imo not good.

Okay, okay, your right, PopinJay's does sound more like a diner...this is kind of frustrating!
Anyways I have another Impulse... majority of women buy on impulse so I thought that was cool. I still like Avid Diva to....remember this is for junior girls and missy women right now. And the line I will carry will be of
higher fashion brands. My 15 year old neighbor girl thinks I should call it The Ruptured Duck how funny is that!
