has anyone else tried on a bamboo t-shirt? its like wearing cashmere. unbelievable comfort!

bamboo, sugar cane and other environmentally-friendly compounds and materials are the future of the fashion industry and i applaud any brand willing and brave enough to lead the way. even if that brand is associated with bono

what makes bamboo & sugar cane more environmentally-friendly compared to traditional cotton?

Also: I hear stories about so called org cotton being used and sold in garments, but in some cases
it is only 10% org cotton and 90% "normal" cotton: BUT still it is sold as Organic Cotton clothing.
Anyone heard similar?

Not many people realise that the cotton industry is one of the leading polluters in the world. It also contributors to deprivation in the third world. Sugar cane and bamboo do not involve the pesticides that cotton does.
