Totally agree with what was seen on the links - disgusting! But at the same time surely the way animals are treated for us to eat should be targeted first - as far more animals are killed for food rather than for fur. I'm not one of those vegi - don't use any animal products etc etc types! If animals for fur were treated well then would this be OK? Then what about leather?

kweli, this is all about the fur trade and skinning animals alive. thats what this petition is about and thats y ppl are saying we should try to boycott chinese products.

concerning the other issue u raised. u r right ppl in the west cant complain about chinese/tiawanese eating cats and dogs when we eat cows and pigs. that is hypocritical. maybe that says something 2 us all in the west: we should stop eating cows, pigs and other animals?

1 things 4 sure we should all boycott products from china in a stand against skinning animals alive.
