It looks like the skulls have been cut out with GIANT multi coloured elastic band behind it.
I like it alot! I would love to see it in indigo unwashed denim rather than washed denim. I think the contrast would bring out the colour alot better.

However I've never heard of SAS.
Nothing to do with Grant Mitchell in Ultimate Force?

SAS=Streets All Salute, a british rapgroup [london] and were part of US rapgroup The Diplomats aka Dipset, heres a track of them [old tho]
