which would you say is the best dress nation and why?

for me its the UK! We seem to be more style-conscious than other nations.

best dressed are without a doubt japanese. a few people dress good in uk, but overall it's really bad. italians mostly suck also

What a question!!! Well I got to say that the best people who like to dress up must be kuwait! Believe me guys once you are here you will see that all kuwaities wear best brands with the best style's (Espcially the chicks) :shock:

The weather will obviously influence what you can wear! In the UK you have to be prepared to have extremes (sun & rain) within hours!

But I would say us here in the UK do it good!
