One of the original clothing brand from Ebisu area, established in 1996, November 11 by Director, Noriaki Endo. The brand first started as a select shop in Ebisu, Tokyo. Their very first store in Ebisu was one of the fewest clothing stores in the area. By the power of media and word of mouths by the customers, an unknown small clothing brand began to take its hype. In 1998, the store moved to another area in Ebisu with a new name, "Palmstore". In 1992, Palmstore moved to Daikanyama (by this time, there were 10 Palmstores within the country). At this time, Devilock also began to produce their own music event, "Devilock Night" as well as some fighting matches, pro-wrestling and a TV show, "Devilock TV".
