Default Paul Smith sizing

Can anyone tell me how PS sizing is?
If i wear a size 44 D&G sneaker, can I also wear a size 44 PS?
And, an XXL sweater too big for a normal XL person?

44 eu sizing is usually constant across the top brands. i wear a uk 12 and my armani and jhung yuro trainers both fit the same.

also got 2 ps shirts in a size 44 chest which are true to size. so ps is a true to size brand in my experience.
