Default sugar cane problem

Why does a company like sugar cane who are meant to be environmentally friendly use leather from snakes and other animals such as ostriches?

This seems wrong to me.

Agree with Weed ethical & enviromental responsibilities are totally separate (although they could be considered linked - well actually you can't have one without the other).

I know it's not the same - but buy them & remove the patch. Or buy a model which doesn't use leather/skin.

If someone is against animal skins/ leather then they are not going to want to buy a product that has it on and remove it! That way they will be funding something that they disagree with.

Personally i love sugar cane jeans but disagree with them using the leathers/skins of some animals which they do.

I know that's why I said "I know it's not the same - but buy them & remove the patch." Obviously if you don't agree with it then you wouldn't buy it!! BUT it depends on how strong you believe in it. If Merle is like yourself - likes sugar canes but not the use of the skin/leather - then he could buy them but remove the patch. That way he is not showing his support for the use - if that makes sense.

Merle are you a vegetarian? How about you Prada?
