sorry i think we misunderstood, a cravat is a tie. In german "Krawatte" and in french and English "cravat", thats what my translator said

it would be this:

and i think its kind of a fashion hype to wear it not like a business man but instead very relaxing and loose with a long sleeve shirt over a used vintage style jeans. On yoox.com you can find sometimes longsleeve shirts with small integrated tie's in the same colour and dekor as the shirt.

the things you guys meant above are called "scarf" and those are actually also a fashion hit in germany, since our national coach of the german football team "J.Löw" weard them during the matches

No, in English that is refferred to as a tie . A Cravat is something completely different, a scarf is something completely different again. And tie in German translates as "die Krawatte" oder "die Schlips".

A cravat is an old garment rarely worn in modern fashion. A scarf keeps your neck warm in the winter and a tie is worn with a shirt for smart occasions.

Anyway..... as has been been established you are after a TIE.
They make ties in lots of different styles. You can get very thing ties, long ties, wide ties etc.
To get that look you are basically just making the 'thin end' of the tie long before you tie the knot rather than the 'normal' way of having a short thin end before you tie the knot.
Not sure this makes to you (or me!!). As far as I can tell that is just a standard tie worn in a different way. I've just done it on the tie I'm wearing (via the above way I described) and it looks just like the photo - apart from my tie is better than his!
Try it on you tie - you should be able to do this - it's not a special tie.
Hope this helps!
