Default Lack of Customer Service

Anyone had any problems with customer service from Evisu. I emailed them to complain about my jeans being over-shortened by the tailor at their Saville Row shop but have heard nothing back, if that is their idea of customer service then perhaps I will no longer buy their products.

Evisu is very bad at customer service. I have ordred from them a few times and they hardly every email you back. Their website is also incredibly outdated, they are still showing spring/summer 2007 as the latest collection. I don't buy much evisu anymore i buy samurai instead, there customer service is very good and the demim is bette quality.

the amount of people who have said this is amazing. why would evisu allow poor customer service. i think the problem is evisu are not retailers and they simply do not understand customer service and that serving the public (end consumer) is different to supplying wholesalers.

Can't believe still heard nothing back from them, will have to ring Four Marketing on MOnday. Can't believe a company could have a tailor that over-shortens a few hundred pounds worth of jeans and they don't even care about their customers!

i think dumb is saying their heart is in production and not retailing but your right adero that is no excuse for a brand of their size.

Don't actually know who's in running the retails operation anymore if it is Four Marketing or Evisu Europe so I might be talking crap here.....
