That certainly makes sence, one dealer I visited had to pay up front for all their stuff from one supplier, a big investment for sure when you are not certain you will sell the gear. Wonder if many of these companies offer a sale or return policy to assist these type of shops. But yeah, agree with robinakira, British law makes getting any money back very difficult, and things are not much different regarding personal finance either. People in the UK spend spend spend then go bankrupt to save them paying anything back, its just too easy.........and we wonder why there is a credit crunch?

I had a long conversation about this...well fed-ex, but it applies here too, remember one thing, Duffer is still run (day too day) by the same small time joe..or Eddie... who always ran it....he thinks and act like there is no consequences to his actions and, sad to a say, there isn't.

we have a list of 'bad risk' customers and I refused to do business with most of them, it makes it harder but I want the people I work with to get paid, but every season this list gets longer.....

I'll never do business with them and for every label I work with I tell them not to do it, it like a puppy that pisses on the rug...hit them with a rolled up newspaper, one day they get it.
