Pringle Pringle! Many Evisu are Raw and consequently will shrink major on washing so they need to be 36 inside leg when you buy them, also if you get really into clothes then you aspire to eprfection so hemming jeans is not a problem in my opinion very rarely will something be perfect, also their are 100's of diffferent Evisu cuts in raw heritage styles alone there are slim fits if you want them they are not all ghetto fabulous jeans. Also Red Ear are Paul Smith he is English just uses Japanese denim. Look at brands like Sugar Cane, Samurai, Studio D'Artisan, Eternale, Johnbull there are many more specilising in raw Japanese denims, then look at the superdenim forum on superfuture and check out the raw denim fades once peopel have worn them for year and had a couple fo washes, I think aftr doing those things you will change your vie wof Japanese jeans.

Honcho, Blue in Green have the new 21oz Samurais on the way. I prefer Samurai look wise and cut to Sugar Cane because of the lack of skins and furs and cleaner behinds but want to see both after 6 months wear on myself before i make full judgement.
