I remember some time ago you posting a piece about the man behind Etro who had a shop near to Bond Street with some very nice shirts in quite modern styles. Could you possibly provide me with a link or information as to who the man is and where the shop is as I would like to have a second look.

Hi Cassidon, I think you've got a littel confused in your post but I think I know what you may be after! Etro are just Etro the family who own and operate Etro aren't involved with other brands but they do produce nice shirts.

Are you thinking of Angelo Gallasso who is the creative Director at Billionaire Couture but also involved with Eterno which were formally Interno 8 clothing? He is the one who does wing tipped over-pronounced collars and cocktail cuffs etc. The Eterno shop is in Conduit Street not far down from Yohji shop. New collections are arriving now they do bespoke as well, they do some suits and overcoats as well made with Loro Piana fabric, an absolute giveaway at the prices they are.

Forgot to add, website is Eterno Index but no online ordering pay a visit to them if you're local.

Cassidon did you check them out in the end? I ordered a made to measure yesterday, cocktail cuffs, triple button collar, white collar white cuffs, blue and white summery main body, can't wait for it to arrive!

They are peanuts Dumb, they charge £145 for nearly all their shirts but the made to measures are only £150! £180 if you want an actual double collar but I prefer a high triple button, I will put a pic up when it arrives. They really are incredible shirts for making you feel good without being over the top, my Brionis and Borellis are better fabrics of course but for out and out style the Galasso shirts are the business.

Yeah I did and my shirts going to be ready Tuesday. Went for a made to measure 3 button collar and cuff white shirt with thin vinyl and matt stripes. The guy in the shop (Slightly overweight, foreign dude with black hair) is pure comedy!!

Think it was £140ish.

(Small warning - they said to me it would be ready in 2-2 1/2 weeks, if it is ready on Tuesday it will be pushing four so I wouldnt expect it before then regardless of what they have told you.)
