Default Trim Gel Ad

Just saw this ad here on kitmeout and couldn't resist follow the link...
here is what they promise:
Trimgel Slim 3-D
Slimming without extra exercise – your dream come true!

F*** me, that sounds good!!!!
wonder if they can back it up as well!?
Doubt it....
.....Funny how they cover them self by throwing in the words "WITHOUT EXTRA EXERCISE"......

I tried something similar years ago. Forget it! It's like those Ab Belts which inject millions of little electrical pulses into your stomach to reputedly reduce your waist line. Yes, I was born yesterday.

This brings me to the question, is body image an important part of fashion or a completely different subject?

what a question. imo fashion is inextricably linked to body image and vice versa. i wish it wasnt true but it is.

yes and no. time has been hard on the word "vanity" and it has negative connotations about being self absorbed. from the perspective of caring about your appearance and the way you present yourself to others fashion and your overall body image are closely aligned. i am in no great shape i just wish i was and aspire to be so.
