Factory outlet essentially means a shop selling seconds.

The garment will have some defect, a label in the wrong place, missed stitching etc.

It totally depends on their definition of 'defective' as to the legalities of what they can and cant sell. My opinion would be that their definition of defective is a shirt with no arms or something..
