when yoox sell seconds do they mark them as such so you know what you're getting?

That's the problem, unless you look careful at the products you won't see it. Sometimes you don't need to look carefully & you can still see it.

You may get lucky and pic up some great deals (after a couple of price reductions) which are first quality.

I explained this to UK and unfortunately he had a very bad experience - I think he had to return all the shirts (5 of them?)? Where they obvious faults or did you need to inspect them UK?

If they pointed out the problems on each item and said what season they came from etc then I think that would be fine, it's just that they don't do any of that which makes it like a lucky dip of stolen items, seconds, firsts, past season etc.
At least in TK Maxx you are told on the tag what's what.
