maybe one day evisu will create a design of their own rather than doing all these repros, replicas, copies of original usa brands. and that goes for every other japanese brand too!

I don't have any Evisu atm, their recent designs have been a bit gaudy, I had a pair from Oki-Ni from a few years back and they fitted OK, they were baggier though. These ones look top heavy and tight around the ankles, like said.

I may be wrong but if I remember correctly 90% of Japanese denim is produced on old Levis looms from WW II, so is likely to be very similar to Levis anyway.

welcome jaqoda (great name), i think that is probably nearer 9%  all brands face the cyclical-syndrome and it's clear evisu are on the down cycle at the moment.
