just read on a popular dutch blog (GeenStijl : Tendentieus, ongefundeerd en nodeloos kwetsend) that they think its a nazi design!

To be fair the skull does look remarkably similar to that which was on the officers cap in the SS!

To be fair skulls proliferate fashion all the time, and whilst this design is similar I wouldn't think it was in any way supposed to have any Nazi overtones in the design on purpose. As I understand also, Walmart got themselves into a load of trouble a while back for selling T shirts with this exact logo! Here is what the SS Skull design looks like anyway.........
