is the new signature series RMK by Freshjive anything to do with RMC Martin Ksohoh?

seen these RMK jeans and would be surprised is Martin Ksohoh has anything to do with it???

13 oz Indigo Zig Zag jean. RMK Signature Series from Freshjive at Boundless NY.

I dont believe there is any connetction at all, just a coincidence that RMK and RMC are similar

it's like the evisu and levis issue, how close is too close? would a punter be confused by rmc and rmk jeans?

also the tsubi and tsubo trademark dispute. in the end tsubi had to change their name to ksubi.

Nobody will ever confuse these with genuine RMC despite the similar name ( and lets not forget its only called RMC by Martin Ksohoh because Red Monkey Designs didnt like Martin using the name Red Monkey Company in the US). And of course the fake RMC ( Rangy Mountain Co) is a whole different argument altogether.

hehe- never heard of Rangy Mountain Co before! After googling time for a Irezumi thread methinks.
