You say that like its a bad thing I think if you are in shape, like you train at the gym and have muscular shoulders, pecs and arms then you can pull it off, but if you aint then best to not bother.

NO!!
Even if blokes are built like some sort of gladiator then it still looks wrong. Leave tight tops and plunging necklines to the ladies - they pull off this look better than the guys!
