can you claim plausible deniability when selling fakes?

I Am Amazed. Does The Law Allow That Kind Of Business Practice? Remember Yoox Have A Legal Presence In The Usa Too So It Is Almost Unbelievable That They Can Use Those Practices Legally In The Usa.

do yoox have accounts with any big fashion brands? incidentally, what happened to yoox going public? has it happened? did anyone buy their shares?

I can assure you that if what is in this picture is what is supplied then the RMC is certainly fake for sure no question about it.

why would a site like yoox sell fakes. surely they're bigger enough not to resort to such poor practises?

They are big enough, but they simply know nothing about the brands they sell. I mean if I said to WallMart I was the official owner of RMC, they would believe me most likely and when I supplied 200 fake pair of jeans they would sell them confident they were genuine. This is what happened to many retailers across the USA when Prohibit LLC ( who were genuinely official distributors of RMC) fobbed off the sellers with Fakes made by themselves which eventually became the Rangy mountain situaton. Retailers were adament they had real genuine product because the truth of the matter was they had no idea what authentic product even looked like!

Yoox is having not a good reputation even in Italia. It is upsetting many good brands.
