btw for a leather jacket is it okay for it to flair out like that.. i mean on a guys leather jacket? or should it only happen on girls.. and guys should stick to the body? (guess this is more of a opinion based question)

To be honest its all very subjective, if the jacket flares out it can create a more interesting silhouette, than when it fits the body closely, kind of a cool look if you know what i mean. One of my own leather jackets does exactly the same as you described and how i wear it will depend on my mood. I certainly don't think it looks femanine to have it flare out.

it is very unusual looking at other forums.

in regards to your jacket: am sorry can't help but as dunny says it might soften up a bit with time.
perhaps even go check the other jackets...it might be something wrong with the seam being to tight or something!?
friendliness is a kitmeout trait. that's why i come back most days even if it's just to read.

i had a box jacket year's ago. when it was unbuttoned it wasn't as streamlined obviously. i does should like the leather in your jacket is extra thin. what's the lining?
