depends on the style. imo you shouldnt go without washing for more than 1 month unless youre a loner who doesnt want or need to socialise.

I usually wash my new jeans after only a short time to get rid of the excess dye. Otherwise I find the colour runs onto my trainers/shoes.

I normally wash mine inside out, it keeps the colour while removing the excess dye, which can be a headach sometimes.

I have a double dozen of jeans, so i don't get to wash them often. I normally wash my jeans perhaps once a year but i wear them around ten times before throwing them in the machine.

depends on the wash. Raw denim should be worn for as long as possible before washing. I wear mine for at least a year beforew going anywhere near water. This allows the pant to take the characteristics of your body, creases and folds. When you eventually wash them-inside out, cold water, do not spin, they will fade in the creases. This is the beauty of raw denim- personal washes.
