Default IS IT ILLEGAL TO SELL FRAGRANCE 'TESTERS' IN A STORE?
Does any one know if it's ilegal to sell them? Or is it just something the companies don't want you to do?

I saw a load of Versace 'testers' for sale - in a high street store.

dont believe its illegal but its not very ethical or customer friendly

I saw today in hypermarket an applemineralwater bottle with "Free sample" sign right in it's side. And there was also a price for the production, 5€! For a moment I thought I could just take few.

I have once visitet TK maxx in Leeds. Never will I return to there. It was just simply a disgusting place! I felt almost like cockroaches were following me...
